Cozy and Warm Crochet Headband Pattern
Skill Level: Easy
Materials:
-1/2 a ball of #6 Super Bulky Yarn (I used Lion Brand Wool-Ease Thick and Quick)
-US size N/10 mm crochet hook
-Yarn Needle
-Scissors
Optional: Buttons
Abbreviations:
Ch: Chain
Sl St: Slip Stich
Sc: Single Crochet
St(s): Stitch(es)
FO: Finish Off
Measurements: 4 inches tall by 9 1/2 inches across when laying flat
Notes:
-When working into the beginning chain, work in the loop (or bump) in the back of the chain. This will give the beginning edge the v’s like a regular stitch makes.
-You will chain 1 at the beginning of each round. You will also join each round by slip stitching into the first Sc, not the chain. This will help the seam to be less noticeable.
Instructions:
Ch 40
Join with a Sl St to beginning chain and Ch1. Start working in the round.
Round 1: 1 Sc in each ch around (Remember to work into the back loop or bump of the chain). Sl St to 1st Sc. (40 sts)
Round 2-9: Ch1, 1 Sc in each st around. Sl St to beginning Sc (40 sts)
FO and weave in your ends.
Feel free to add a cute button to finish it off
